Billing, Subscription & Privacy information

Billing

You will be sent a monthly Invoice, and you can eft us or we can send you a payment link. Calling, travelling costs & sundries will be billed separately from your monthly subscription plan. Any unused hours in your monthly subscription, do not roll over to the next month.

Subscription

Our process requires you to complete a short form to indicate a baseline of services you require. We will then arrange a call or a digital interview with you and/or in person if you are in Johannesburg to gauge finer details and seal the deal. When working remotely we make use of an online clock-in and clock-out system that allows for detailed task and time record keeping.

Privacy

We sign a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) protecting our client’s information and intellectual property. All information can be stored on google drive so that our clients have access to it and/or on Dropbox.
